Model: HO gauge. Under the regular designation IWL SR59 Berlin, the »Berlin scooter« produced from 1959-1963 in the VEB industrial plant in Ludwigsfelde is not very common. With 114,000 models manufactured, it is the front-runner and thus the most-built scooter in the GDR. The 150 cc 7.5 HP air-cooled single-cylinder two-stroke engine accelerated the scooter to a maximum of 82 km / h, with a consumption of 3.2 liters to 100 km. Today the Berlin scooter is an absolute cult object.
