Model: HO gauge AC. Digital sound. The BR 193 Vectron in the design of DB Systemtechnik Epoche VI. With the Vectron, Piko delivers a high -precise model that has numerous extras based on a solid zinc die -cast frame and the equipment with proven Piko standards. The tried and tested Piko Motor ensures excellent running properties with two large flywheels. The traction of the locomotive driven over all four axes is reinforced via two streak tires, which are located on the inside axles of both bogies in diagonal arrangement. The forehead or final lamps are lighted via LEDs, the red or white changes with the direction of travel. The externally elegant appearance of this model includes an precisely reproduced technical roof design and carefully detailed bogies with exemplary -appropriate wheel pane profiles. To control the digital and sound functions, the model has a PSD XP sound decoder with the greatest possible speaker.

The model carries the quality mark Fits MFX®. In order to reliably use digital decoders for all users of the current Märklin digital center, a new quality mark Fits MFX® was introduced together with Märklin and other manufacturers. This can only be used by digital decoders that go through a special MFX® test and have passed them in full. These decoders and also the locomotives in which they are installed carry the quality mark Fits MFX®, which certifies the unrestricted MFX® functionality. This means that Piko products with the Fits MFX® logo now also fully support the diverse functions of MFX®.
