Electric loco Rc4 1174 Green Cargo

Model: HO gauge DC. Green Cargo electric locomotive Rc4 1174. Finely constructed model in blue paint with Green Cargo logo and many separately applied plug-in parts. Prototype: The success of the Rc1 – Rc4 series is based on the ASEA thyristor technology, which was used in Swedish locomotive construction since the 1960s. From 1967 to 1982, a total of 265 machines were put into service. With 130 units, the fourth series was the largest of this locomotive series. When the Swedish State Railways split up into different business units on 1 January 2001, all the Rc4s still in service came to Green Cargo and are now only used for freight transport.
