Model: TT gauge. Flat wagon with rotating stakes of the DR construction train wagon with a load of ballast, wooden crates, a barrel and tools. With a floor made of real wood, the minimum radius that can be driven on is 310 mm.
Prototype: As a replacement for older flat wagons that had reached the end of their useful life at the DR, the DR procured around 1200 stake wagons in the dimensions of the UIC standard wagons from UV Arad in Romania in 1969. Typical of the vehicles is the girder for reinforcement in the middle area of the car and the use of rotating stanchions instead of plug-in stanchions. In 1994 the DB-AG took over 1,146 pieces of Ks [3300] in their inventory and classified them with the designation Ks 446 in their wagon inventory. Many of these wagons are still in use today by DB AG and private railway companies.
