Model: HO gauge. When Max Siegfried Lang completed his training as a master baker, he had no idea that he would now call his own over 10 branches in the Stuttgart area. The large bakery is still managed as a family business and Mr. Lang controls both the quality of his baked goods as well as the design and cleanliness of its branches every day, all of which are operated in the franchise system. A branch has opened here in our miniature world on the corner and enjoys rain. The bright sales rooms with the large windows, interior design and enclosed lighting invite you to shop or a cozy coffee.
