Description

Model: HO gauge AC. The model of the 181 shows all relevant details of its prototype in the traffic red version of Era VI and impresses with the finest paintwork and printing, extra front handles and door handle bars, sharply engraved bogie panels, fine insulators and pantographs with different contact strips. The lighting is done by LEDs. The standard built-in driver’s cab and engine room lighting can be controlled digitally like the taillights, which function depending on the direction of travel. A powerful five-pole motor with two precisely balanced centrifugal masses, which drives all four axes, ensures excellent driving characteristics. The heavy model has two traction tires and a heavy zinc die-cast frame for large pulling forces. A Piko SmartDecoder 4.1 with a suitable vehicle sound is installed ex works. Optional attachable brake hose dummies are included with the model.
