Model: HO gauge DC. 4-part basic set. Both power cars (TK1 and TK2) are motorized. With digital decoder mfx + and extensive sound functions. Controlled high-efficiency propulsion in both power cars, centrally installed. 4 axles each driven via cardan shafts. Traction tires. Built-in interior lighting as standard. The triple headlights change over with the direction of travel, 2 red marker lights and interior lighting, will work in conventional operation, and can be controlled digitally. Third headlight for French light change can be digitally switched off separately (light function). Lighting with maintenance-free warm white and red light emitting diodes (LED). Driver’s cabs in the power cars with interior fittings. Separately attached metal handle bars. The powered end car and transition car are firmly coupled to one another in pairs, with special close couplers and link guides. Additional guide rails in the Jakobs bogie. Direction-dependent power supply via the respective front power car. Interior lighting is supplied via the continuous electrical connection of the entire train. Each power end with 2 single-arm pantographs in different designs, each with a rocker for DB and SNCF. Pantographs are only functional mechanically, not electrically. True-to-scale replica, therefore passable track curves from a minimum radius of 360 mm with free clearance.
Prototype: French State Railways (SNCF) TGV Euroduplex (train à grande vitesse) high-speed train, designed for traffic between Paris and Munich. 2 powered end cars (TK1 and TK2), 1 double-decker transition car (R1), 1st class, 1 double-decker transition car (R8), 2nd class. Multiple unit number 4709. The locomotive looks as it did in Era VI.
